Annotasiya

Maqolada artistik suzish bilan shug‘ullanuvchi yosh sportchi qizlarda postural nazorat va ko‘rish analizatoriga bog‘liqlik darajasini o‘rganish natijalari keltirilgan. Baholash stabilometrik testlash, xususan, Romberg sinamasi asosida amalga oshirildi. Tadqiqot natijalari guruhda statik muvozanat darajasi sezilarli darajada bir xil emasligini, sportchi qizlarning muayyan qismida esa ko‘rish analizatoriga yuqori darajadagi bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Muvozanatni sensor boshqarishning turli tiplari aniqlanib, bu sportchi qizlarni postural nazorat shakllanganlik darajasiga ko‘ra differensial baholash imkonini beradi. Olingan natijalar mashg‘ulot jarayoniga propriotsepsiya va vestibulyar barqarorlikni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan mashqlarni kiritish zarurligini asoslaydi.
