Annotasiya
Mazkur maqolada sport oʻyinlari bilan shugʻullanuvchi 10–15 yoshli sportchilarda jismoniy tayyorgarlik tuzilmasi va mazmuni ilmiy-metodik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Yosh sportchilarda kuch, tezkorlik, chidamlilik, chaqqonlik, koordinatsiya va moslashuvchanlik sifatlarining oʻzaro bogʻliq holda rivojlanishi oʻyin samaradorligining muhim asosi ekanligi yoritiladi. Maqolada jismoniy tayyorgarlikning texnik va taktik tayyorgarlik bilan integratsiyasi, yuklamalarni yosh va biologik yetilish darajasiga mos rejalashtirish zarurati hamda zamonaviy trening vositalarining amaliy ahamiyati ochib beriladi. Plyometrik va nazorat ostidagi kuch mashqlari, qisqa sprintlar, yoʻnalishni tez oʻzgartirish mashqlari, interval usullari va koordinatsion topshiriqlar yosh sportchilarda jismoniy salohiyatni samarali rivojlantirishi koʻrsatiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari sport oʻyinlarida 10–15 yoshli sportchilar tayyorgarligini ilmiy asosda tashkil etish, jarohatlar xavfini kamaytirish va uzoq muddatli sport rivojlanishini taʼminlash uchun muhim metodik asos boʻlib xizmat qiladi.
