Keksa yoshdagi odamlarda muntazam jismoniy mashg‘ulotlarning ta’sirini baholashda kristallosalivamonitoring
Annotasiya
Keksa yoshdagi odamlarda metabolik holatni o‘rganishda biologik suyuqliklarni noinvaziv usullar bilan kuzatish dolzarb tadqiqot sohasi bo‘lib qolmoqda. Biologik suyuqliklarning kristallogenik xususiyatlari va odamlarning muntazam jismoniy faolligi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik ilgari atroflicha o‘rganilmagan. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi keksa odamlarda muntazam jismoniy mashqlar asosida so‘lakning fizik va kimyoviy xususiyatlarini qiyosiy baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqotda o‘rtacha yoshi 64,7±2,9 bo‘lgan 94 kishi ishtirok etdi. Guruh oddiy jismoniy mashqlar bilan faol shug‘ullangan 49 kishidan (asosiy guruh) va muntazam jismoniy mashqlar bilan shug‘ullanmagan 45 keksa ishtirokchidan (nazorat guruhi) iborat edi. Barcha bemorlar 2 ta nazorat nuqtasida tekshirildi: tadqiqot loyihasiga kiritilganda va u tugagandan 6 oy o‘tgach. Ushbu ikki nazorat nuqtasida so‘lakning kristallogen xususiyatlari sinovdan o‘tkazildi. Yuzning kristalloskopik shaklini tavsiflash uchun patentlangan yarim miqdoriy parametrlar tizimidan foydalanildi. 6 oylik kuzatuvdan so‘ng ikkala guruhda ham quritilgan so‘lak mikroko‘zidagi kristall elementlar miqdorini tavsiflovchi kristallanish indeksi va ularning tuzilishining murakkabligini ko‘rsatuvchi struktura indeksi qiymati pasaygani aniqlandi. Bundan tashqari, namunaning chekka oqsil qismi maydoni ko‘rsatkichining kamayishi va kristallarning parchalanish darajasining oshishi kuzatildi. Bu o‘zgarishlar keksa odamlarda metabolik holatning buzilishini ko‘rsatadi. Barcha salbiy o‘zgarishlar faqat sport bilan shug‘ullanmagan keksalarda yaqqol namoyon bo‘ldi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, muntazam jismoniy mashqlarni e’tiborsiz qoldiradigan bemorlar guruhida organizmning qarishini ko‘rsatadigan metabolik o‘zgarishlar sezilarli darajada kuchliroq namoyon bo‘ladi. Tadqiqot natijalari muntazam jismoniy faollikni rag‘batlantirish uchun ishlatilishi mumkin.
