Annotasiya

Mazkur maqolada konchilik va qazib olish sanoati xodimlarining ishdan qoniqishi shakllanishida ijtimoiy-psixologik va jismoniy faollikka oid omillarning roli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda 333 nafar konchi P.E. Spectorning JSS metodikasi asosida oʻrganildi. Natijalar shuni koʻrsatadiki, eng yuqori qoniqish “ishning mazmuni” subshkalasida (M=4,06) qayd etilgan boʻlsa, eng past koʻrsatkich “ish jarayoni qoidalari” (M=3,41) da boʻlgan. Umumiy qoniqish darajasi 3,70 ballni tashkil etdi. Tadqiqot shuni koʻrsatadiki, konchilarning psixologik farovonligi va ishdan qoniqishi asosan faoliyat mazmuni, ijtimoiy qoʻllab-quvvatlash, jismoniy faollikni ragʻbatlantiruvchi elementlar va tashkiliy shaffoflik bilan bogʻliq, moddiy ragʻbat esa nisbatan kamroq rol oʻynaydi.
