Kundalik jismoniy faolligi turli darajada bo‘lgan yuqori sinf o‘quvchilari organizmining funksional holati
Annotasiya
Tadqiqotning maqsadi yuqori sinf o‘quvchilari organizmining funksional holatini ularning jismoniy faollik darajasiga bog‘liq ravishda tavsiflashdan iborat. Nijniy Novgorod shahridagi maktablarning 10-sinfida ta’lim olayotgan 255 nafar yuqori sinf o‘quvchisi atroflicha tekshiruvdan o‘tkazildi. Bolalarni tekshirish jarayoniga pediatr ko‘rigi, hayot anamnezini to‘plash, antropometriya va instrumental tekshiruv usullari (qadam o‘lchash, bioimpedans tekshiruvi va gemodinamik ko‘rsatkichlar tahlili) kiritildi. O‘quvchilarning kundalik faoliyatidagi harakatlar soni elektron qadam o‘lchagich yordamida aniqlandi. O‘lchov ishlari ketma-ket 7 kun davomida kun bo‘yi olib borildi. Inson organizmining noinvaziv funksional tekshiruvi "MedicalSoft" sport sinovi tizimi (MS FIT - 01) yordamida amalga oshirildi. Biz maktab o‘quvchilarini kunlik o‘rtacha qadam soniga qarab 3 guruhga ajratdik. Birinchi guruhga kuniga 5000 qadamdan kam yuradigan yuqori sinf o‘quvchilari, ikkinchi guruhga kunlik masofasi 5000 dan 10 000 qadamgacha bo‘lganlar, uchinchi guruhga esa sutkasiga 10 000 qadamdan ortiq bosib o‘tadiganlar kiritildi. O‘tkazilgan tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, tekshirilgan 10-sinf o‘quvchilarining yarmidan ko‘pi (54,3%) kuniga 5000 dan 10 000 qadamgacha harakat faolligiga ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Shuningdek, o‘quvchilarning chorak qismi "kam harakatli" (kuniga 5000 qadamdan kam yuradigan) toifasiga kiritilishi mumkinligi ma’lum bo‘ldi. Bunda o‘g‘il bolalar qiz bolalarga nisbatan faolroq ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Salomatlik guruhining lokomotor faollikka ta’sirini o‘rganish natijasida birinchi salomatlik guruhidagi shaxslar eng yuqori harakat faolligiga ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Biroq, boshqa guruhlardagi o‘quvchilarda haqiqiy funksional cheklovlar kamdan-kam hollarda faollikning pasayishiga sabab bo‘lgan. Shuningdek, yuqori sinf o‘quvchilarining yuqori harakat faolligi yurak nasos funksiyasining zaxiralari oshishi bilan bog‘liqligi aniqlandi. Buni yurak indeksi va qonning daqiqalik hajmi tahlili tasdiqlaydi.
